A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation as set out below, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Hermann Francksen Nachf. GmbH & Co. KG, Lesumbroker Landstr. 22, 28719 Bremen, Germany, Tel.: 0421/69446-0, E-mail: info@tiger.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, although this is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of cancellation online via the website at https://tiger-onlineshop.de/widerruf/. If you use this online option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay, including the content of the cancellation notice as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the goods, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the cost of returning goods which, by their nature, can normally be returned to us by post. You will bear the direct cost of returning goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight goods), which we estimate at a maximum of approximately €50 for any such item.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If applicable, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that items 1-2 above are not a precondition for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.
